Richard Lee Smith Jr.
In his evocative and prolific body of work, Smith explores the way nature, energy, and spaces define perception. His paintings and drawings examine the untethered ethereality, mining the forms and methods of mark-making, sacred geometry, and hieroglyphics. His photographs explore a similar terrain, dissolving traditional representation to reach elusive spiritual experiences. Richards photographs are one of ones. Printed and mounted on archival fine art paper and materials with museum glass and vintage one of a kind frames.
