“PAUL MORDETSKY is a contemporary landscape and figurative painter living in Central New Jersey. He received his BFA. in painting from the Philadelphia College of Art (now, The University Of The Arts) in 1976.
Mr. Mordetsky has had one and two man, or featured shows, at Princeton Arts Council, 12 Farms, The Artists’ Gallery; The Ruth Morpeth Gallery; The Trenton City Museum; The Peddie School; Mercer County Community College; and the Gross McCleaf and Rosenfeld galleries in Philadelphia, PA.
Group exhibition venues include Abend Gallery – Denver, The Principle Gallery – Alexandria, The Center For Contemporary Art, The Salmagundi Club, Viewpoints – Studio Montclair at Aljira, The College of New Jersey, Mercer Medical Center, The Trenton City Museum and Artworks, New Jersey City University, The Salmagundi Club, and a host of other group shows.
Mr. Mordetsky’s works are in many public and private collections, notably, The Museum Society of Trenton, Cigna, NYNEX, NJ Bell, Dupont, Mercer County Cultural and Heritage Commission, and Educational Testing Services.
Mr. Mordetsky has been well known for many years in the Princeton/Central NJ area as a drawing teacher. He is currently adjunct assistant professor at Mercer County Community College teaching Drawing and Design. He can also be found offering classes at West Windsor Arts Council.”
