Karen Kozojet Ching

“Karen Kozojet Ching is a Baltimore native, retired military spouse and Northern Virginia artist. She has exhibited extensively throughout the District, Maryland and Virginia to include NIH, the Virginia General Assembly and galleries. Ching was an inaugural Studio Artist and Instructor at the Workhouse Arts Center in Lorton, Virginia. She was also the 2015 recipient of The Chameli and Amiya Bose Memorial Award at The Art League’s annual ‘Scapes exhibit.

In Spring 2015, Ching was the first visual artist to teach in the Artist Residencies in Middle Schools sponsored by the Arts Council of Fairfax County. She currently shares her passion for creating with K-8 students as the Art Teacher in Clifton, Virginia. Ching is also expanding her own artistic knowledge through
graduate coursework.”
